Terms and conditions<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Kaye9walks is Kaye Wilson Trading under Kaye9walks Pet services.<\/p>\n

Before any booking is made a free no- obligation introduction session will take place where the owners house will be visited and information exchange and questions can take place.<\/p>\n

No dogs will be walked off the lead whilst under care of Kaye9walks; unless otherwise stated by the owner.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0For off leash walking a declaration of permission should be signed. Kaye9walks reserves the right to keep the dog on lead where deemed necessary.<\/p>\n

Kaye9walks will to a certain degree take on all types of dogs with behaviour issues.\u00a0\u00a0However, it is the owner\u2019s responsibility to make aware of any potential issues before any walk takes place, and to provide appropriate equipment (eg muzzle) to ensure safety at all times.<\/p>\n

Although Kaye9walks cannot enforce it, it is recommended that all dogs have some kind of identification tag on whilst out walking; it is also recommended that all dogs are micro chipped.<\/p>\n

The Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up to date with their vaccinations, flea, tick and wormer treatments.<\/p>\n

It is the owner\u2019s responsibility to make Kaye9walks aware of any changing circumstances, be it behavioural or medical reasons (i.e. bitch in season) prior to the next session.\u00a0\u00a0So alternative arrangements can be made.<\/p>\n

The owner\u2019s registered veterinary clinic number should be supplied on the introduction visit, and the veterinarian should be made aware that the dog will be under Kaye9walks care at times.\u00a0\u00a0If you\u2019re dog requires emergency veterinary attention whilst in Kaye9walks care, he\/she will be taken to your nominated veterinarians wherever possible. If your veterinary clinic is unavailable; Kaye9walks will utilise the nearest one available. Any consultation, call-out or treatment costs will be charged to the client. Your pet will be treated under the client\u2019s name and address.\u00a0\u00a0Kaye9walks may also charge extra for any transportation or other costs incurred. When you sign to state you understand these terms and conditions you are confirming that you are giving your authority to request any such treatment and that you will pay all fees, to us and to the Vet directly in full.<\/p>\n

In order for dogs to take part in the group walk sessions, a disclaimer should be signed previously.\u00a0\u00a0As stated in the disclaimer the owner is declaring that their dog is proven to accept all different kinds of dogs.\u00a0\u00a0Kaye9walks will not be liable for any altercations that may take place after all owners have made this declaration.<\/p>\n

Kaye9walks cannot accept liability or responsibility for any dogs not under Kaye9walks control.\u00a0\u00a0It cannot be enforced but advised that all owners take out pet insurance.<\/p>\n

The owner has the right to terminate service with minimum of five days notice.\u00a0\u00a0Kaye9walks Reserves the right to terminate service where necessary.<\/p>\n

If the dog(s) has unsupervised access to the outdoors. Kaye9walks shall not be liable for any mishap of any nature regarding the dog(s).<\/p>\n

Kaye9walks shall not be obligated to perform any other duties except those that are specified in The Client\u2019s Information Sheet and Pet Information sheet.<\/p>\n

Minimum of 24 hours notice should be given by the owner to cancel a session, any session cancelled within the 24 hour period will incur a 50% surcharge of the price of the session.<\/p>\n

Payment methods can be arranged on an individual basis, an invoice will be sent out to the client in the preferred manner (email\/post). The client then has up to three days after the agreed payment date, stated in the introduction to make payments. Any payments not made within this time may be subject to termination of service.<\/p>\n
